Jerry’s dynamic presentation style, his enthusiasm for his subject and audience, and his clear, practical approach motivate people to want to put his information immediately into practice.

Jerry’s management seminar series, Make Managing Easier, offers an affordable and flexible way to help managers quickly develop the essential skills they need in the difficult balancing act of managing oneself and others while working to achieve challenging organizational goals. Jerry also conducts workshops on identifying and fulfilling personal and professional goals, based on his book, Instant Inspiration.

As a consultant, Jerry brings his years of experience as a corporate executive to helping companies create organizations that are financially successful and known as great places to work. A company is only as great as its people and Jerry assists organizations in achieving breakthrough results by raising personal and team accountability, which boosts morale, retention of “top talent” and competitive advantage.

As a personal and management coach, Jerry helps people determine the results they most want to achieve and then go out and make it happen. Jerry has Masters Degrees in both Counseling and Education and has designed and taught a three-semester program in Health Services Management at the college level. He was a therapist for fourteen years in both community behavioral health and in private practice before moving into corporate work.
